Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking available

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Moccasins (due to their soft interior lining)
  • Espadrilles with fabric footbeds
  • Mules & Slippers (both men’s and women’s)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our Fashion Advisors at [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Use this subject line: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Our return address: 3033 Star Trek Drive, Tallahassee, US 32301

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely in original packaging with:

  • Completed return form (emailed to you)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Note: Use a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible until we receive your return.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Issued to original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your new item after receiving your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Customs/duties are non-refundable
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
