At Elle Shoes Shop, we want every pair of shoes to be as perfect for you as they are in our collection. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return is necessary. Our policy is designed with the same care and attention to detail as our premium footwear.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Moccasins (due to their soft interior lining)
- Espadrilles (with fabric footbeds)
- Mules & Slippers (both men’s and women’s)
*Final sale items will be clearly marked at time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our Fashion Advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (3033 Star Trek Drive, Tallahassee, US 32301)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
- Copy of your order confirmation
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs/duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
