• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch

While we provide estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur with international shipping. If your package exceeds the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers or moccasins that have been worn. All other footwear is returnable if conditions are met.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing depends on your payment provider (typically 3-10 additional business days).
